These terms govern your access to Recallr, our mobile and desktop apps, and the Recallr API. By creating an account or continuing to use the product, you agree to the responsibilities and limitations described below.
Recallr is provided by Recallr, Inc. (“Recallr,” “we,” or “us”). Using the product means you accept these terms as well as any policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not access Recallr.
We may update the terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the app or via email.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Recallr. Organisations may authorise employees or contractors to access Recallr on their behalf.
You are responsible for making sure your use complies with all laws, regulations, and policies applicable to you.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We rely on Clerk for authentication. When you sign in you also agree to Clerk’s terms and privacy practices.
Recallr offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through the app stores or RevenueCat. Prices, billing frequency, and available features are described within the app.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
When using Recallr you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Recallr surfaces AI-generated suggestions to help you plan and study. Suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before acting on it.
You must not use the AI features to generate disallowed content or to train competing models.
You may stop using Recallr at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if you fail to pay fees when due, or if continuing service is no longer commercially viable.
When your account ends we may delete associated data except where retention is required by law.
Recallr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for claims arising out of these terms or your use of Recallr will not exceed the amounts you paid for Recallr in the twelve months before the claim arose.
